 Detoxification is a normal body process of eliminating or neutralising toxins through the liver, kidney and colon. If you feel "congested" from too much food or the wrong kind of food, you may want to detoxify. 
 It's a way to Recharge, Rejuvenate, and Refresh your body. It's a way you can jump-start your body for a more active life and a   healthier life. 

Why Detox? 
Today’s lifestyle is associated with certain inevitable factors such as stress, pollution, physical exertion, few negative habits such as drinking alcohol and smoking etc. As one’s body gets continuously exposed to these factors, there comes a point where in the body gives up and it gets weighed down by huge amounts of toxins which essentially need to be flushed out. 

Don’t get the picture of those fad detox diets in your mind, which make you starve or tell you to eat only fruits or drink only juices for a week.

Our DETOX Plan-   includes foods which are high on fibre, low on protein and adding more of fluids, and this need not go on for a week or more. Our aim of doing this cleanse should be ‘Just Cleansing the organs’ and not weight loss. Once we cleanse the organs, the benefits just follow.

DIETRIFIT focus on educating and counseling the you at each step of your journey. The assigned Nutritionist will take a follow up every 2-3 times a week to resolve any sort of nutritional queries and to ensure adherence to the plan.

No EXTRA hours for cooking ‘EASY TO FOLLOW’

All the meal plans are easy to follow and easy to cook. The focus is to maintain balance, variety, and moderation. It is important to help patients adhere diligently to the planned diets because any slight deviation would impede results.
